All participants will be picked up at the Samarkand airport or train station and transferred to the hotel.
Participants need to send their exact arrival date and time to the conference Secretary at least 10 days before their arrival.
Those participants, who will arrive in Tashkent first and then move to Samarkand, will be also picked up at Tashkent airport and transferred to the train station in Tashkent and, if needed, to the hotel in Tashkent.
